In accordance with Section 12, Paragraph 8 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law and Paragraph 22.13 of the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 255 “Regulations on Distance Contracts,” the Client has no right of withdrawal once the delivery of digital content has begun with the Client's explicit consent. Therefore, fees paid for e-learning courses are non-refundable.

4. Client Obligations and Conduct

The Client undertakes not to provide access data to third parties. The Client undertakes to behave respectfully, politely, and in good faith when communicating with instructors and other participants. MNtradepro.com reserves the right to exclude the Client from the training course without a refund in the following cases:

Gross or offensive behavior towards instructors or participants;

Unauthorized transfer of access data to third parties;

8. Feedback

9. Cancellation and Transfer

An in-person course may be cancelled at least 28 days before the start date to receive a 50% refund of the course fee. A spot in the course may be transferred to another person by giving notice at least 48 hours in advance. 10. Confidentiality

15. Nature of Information and Risk Warning

15.1. The courses and training materials provided by MNtradepro.com are intended for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

15.2. The course content does not contain specific investment recommendations and is not an invitation to buy or sell financial instruments.

15.3. Risk Warning: Trading in financial markets involves high risk, and the Client may lose part or all of the invested capital. Past performance or demonstrated results do not guarantee similar future profits.

15.4. All actions taken by the Client based on the information obtained in the course are solely the Client's own choice and responsibility. MNtradepro.com assumes no responsibility for the Client's trading results or losses.

16. Access period for online courses

16.1. Access to an online course is granted for a set period. The period is stated in the course description and on the payment page before purchase, and the Client confirms it by paying.

16.2. Access periods: Power Up and Mini Course – 3 months; Power Up Plus and Basic Course – 6 months; Full Course – 12 months; Trading with robots (autotrading) – 12 months; Gold course and GOLD T3 strategy – 6 months; free videos – no end date; VIP course (private mentoring) and all courses of a VIP Client – no end date.

16.3. The period starts on the day the Client is given access to the course after payment is received. If the Client buys a higher-level course that includes the content of a course bought earlier, the period starts again for all the courses it includes.

16.4. While the Client has an active MNtradepro.com subscription (for example, the Trader VIP chat or MyMarketScanner), the access period does not run and access does not end.

16.5. MNtradepro.com reminds the Client that the period is ending 14 days and 3 days before the end and on the last day: by email, in school notifications and in Telegram if the Client has connected it.

16.6. After the period ends, access to the course videos is paused, but the Client's account and learning progress are kept. Access can be restored by (a) subscribing to one of the services in clause 16.4., (b) buying an extension for the same period at 15% of the course's full price, or (c) buying a higher-level course.

16.7. For Clients who got access to a course before 4 October 2026, the period counts from 4 October 2026. The right of withdrawal for online courses and extensions is set out in section 3 of these terms.
